New editing features

I've added some new options for the editing box; you'll see them appear with the other editing features, above the text-input box. They work just like the current codes for Bold, Italic, etc.
Centre: centres text.
Justify: justifies text
Right: aligns text to the right-hand margin
Hr: horizontal line
S: produces strikeout text (text struck out with a horizontal line)
Sub: subscript
Sup: superscript
Nturl: creates a link that opens in a new tab

There are in fact signs that such a crisis is building, fuelled partly by recognition of problems centring on the phenomenology of consciousness — what it is like to be oneself (like the poor bat i’ the adage). Transitional works have begun to appear, such as that of David Chalmers (see Chalmers [1996]); he, like a number of other writers, recognises many of the problems facing physicalism, but cannot quite bring himself to give up most of the physicalist assumptions.
